About These Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Aspire Technical Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), based in Lichfield, Staffordshire. By engaging our services you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, please ask before work begins.

Services

We provide website design and development, SEO, AI automation, IT support, hosting and related technology services to businesses. The specific scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable. A written quote is provided before any chargeable work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Pay Once Plan

Work begins upon receipt of an agreed deposit (typically 50%). The remaining balance is due on completion, before the site goes live. Once paid in full, the website and all associated files are yours.

Hosting is billed separately at the current annual rate. Hosting fees are invoiced annually in advance. Failure to renew hosting may result in the site going offline.

Any changes or updates requested after the site goes live will be quoted and charged separately.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan requires no upfront payment. The monthly fee is billed in advance, beginning from the date the service commences.

Minimum term: The monthly plan has a minimum term of 12 months. You may not cancel within the first 12 months.

Ownership: The website remains the property of Aspire Technical Solutions Ltd until the 12-month minimum term has been fulfilled in full. Upon completion of the minimum term, ownership of the website transfers to you.

After the minimum term: The plan continues on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

What's included: The monthly fee covers website design and build, hosting, and ongoing reasonable updates and changes. Significant new functionality or additional pages outside the original scope may be quoted separately.

Non-payment: If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend the service until the account is brought up to date.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect the project timeline. You confirm that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving work at agreed stages. Approval to proceed will be taken as acceptance of the work completed to that point.

Intellectual Property

On the Pay Once plan, full ownership of the completed website passes to you upon receipt of final payment. On the Monthly plan, ownership passes to you upon completion of the minimum term, as described above.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We will always endeavour to deliver work to a high standard. However, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
