How much does business email cost?
Business email is included with every website we host. With a £199 site it comes with hosting at £99 a year, and it’s included in our Monthly plan. Extra mailboxes, or business email on its own, are priced to suit what you need: get in touch.
Can I get business email without a website?
Yes. If you only need email at your own domain, we can set that up on its own, on a domain you already own or a new one we register for you.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we set your email up on it. If you already have email on that domain with another provider, we move your existing emails across as part of the switch.
Will it work on my phone and in Outlook?
Yes. Your mailbox works in any browser through webmail, and on your phone, in Outlook, Apple Mail and most other email apps. We help you set it up.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three records on your domain that tell other email services your messages are genuine. SPF lists who is allowed to send email for your domain, DKIM adds a digital signature to each email, and DMARC tells receiving services what to do with anything that fails. Together they make it far less likely your emails land in spam, and much harder for anyone to send fake emails pretending to be you.
